Responsibilities
Provide corporation tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients in the Not for Profit sector, including charities, housing associations, education providers and public sector bodies.
Work pro‑actively, managing your own tasks while collaborating with colleagues and communicating regularly with Directors and Partners to ensure effective client service.
Identify opportunities to enhance delivery and offer additional services to clients.
Deliver tax compliance and advisory services using shared‑service team resources or technology tools.
Manage a portfolio of clients, controlling client take‑on and engagement, billing, recoveries and cash collection.
Identify and address potential risks to the firm related to quality control procedures.
Lead complex projects within the tax practice.
Qualifications
* In‑depth, up‑to‑date knowledge of taxation with specialist expertise and ability to handle complex tax issues.
* Experience with management of a portfolio of clients, including client take‑on, engagement, billing, recovery, and cash collection.
* Ability to provide tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base using shared‑service or technology resources.
* Understanding of the firm’s quality control procedures and potential risks.
* Experience leading complex projects.
* Experience working with Not for Profit organisations is an advantage but not required.
* CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
