You will be sourcing candidates and securing your own clients. You will be surrounded by experienced consultants who have been through the same process as you.
A basic starting salary, with view to earn up to £50k a year, ITS offer uncapped commission; this means the amount of work you put it will be directly reflected in your take home pay. We also regularly run incentives including trips abroad, lunches, and vouchers!

We always look to promote from within and there is plenty of opportunity for progression and with our constant expansion, there is a real chance for you to be running your own office eventually!
