* Fast paced sales role headhunt, cold call, advertise and negotiate

* Average fee sizes of £75k with a 40% commission structure, you will be taking home a good chunk of this
* Top billers are doing £800k+

* Founded in 2018 and already tripled in size due to workload, with 30 heads at the moment, and hoping to add 3 more for a September start
The Incentives to the Company Trainee Recruitment Consultant
1. £28k base salary with an increase to £32k once promoted
2. Guidance throughout and 1-on-1 support from the beginning
