A law firm are looking for a litigation lawyer to work out of their Warrington office. The firm is happy to offer hybrid working for this role and happy to consider flexible working hours to fit around school runs etc. The firm is happy to consider solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in civil lit work. Applicants should have solid experience in at least one of the following areas:
* HDR
* TOLATA / Co-ownership disputes
* Neighbour disputes
* Fraud / scam claims for online financial scams claims such as romance scams, crypto scams, Impersonation fake payment scams
* Actions against the Police
The role will be permanent and salary negotiable depending on experience.
