Full-time role (37 hours/week) Hands-on experience with our Customer Experience and Neighbourhoods teams Dedicated study time to complete your academic qualification Supportive environment with opportunities to rotate across departments You’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping manage tenancies, properties, and estates, while delivering outstanding service to our tenants and customers. Training & Qualification You’ll work towards a Level 3 Qualification in Housing & Property Management, delivered online by The Apprentice Academy. Topics include: Health & Safety Risk Assessments Leases & Licences Data Protection & Common Law History of Social Housing Tenancy Agreements EPCs, Private Landlords, Listed Buildings & more!
