Role: Sales Consultant

Salary: £37,565
Contract: 9 Month FTC, 37.5 hours per week

Our team at So Resi is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Consultant to join us.
You will be responsible for delivering sales reservations across various sites or a large-scale site within the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new homes sales, with knowledge or experience in shared ownership, and strong communication skills.
You will work closely with our Sales Progression and Marketing teams, along with other departments and stakeholders. Weekend work is required to meet customer needs and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate onsite from the Sales Office, Show Home, or Head Office from Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-5.30pm.
* Manage Sales and Marketing suites and show homes, ensuring high presentation standards and brand promotion.
* Contact all sales enquiries/leads within 48 hours.
* Arrange and conduct viewings, surveys, completions, and home demonstrations as needed.
* Monitor void properties weekly to ensure security.
* Maintain strong administrative skills.
* Ensure property reservations comply with MTVH policies, including eligibility, affordability, and compliance.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of sales experience.
* Knowledge of Shared Ownership and affordability processes.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Experience with CRM and sales management systems.
* Own transport, full driving license, and willingness to use for work.
* Ability to build strong relationships with potential buyers and guide them through the shared ownership process.
* Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
