A Typical Day In This Role Includes
1. Manage your allocated workload, ensuring all work adheres to brand guidelines, follows best practice and is delivered on time to a high standard.
2. Create strong, strategic & creative designs on various formats and platforms, taking them from concept to code and completion.
3. Translate the ASW Business’s commercial plans into innovative and highly commercial designs that excite and inspire.
4. Work on diverse projects across digital spaces: social commerce templates, category landing pages, infographics, and promotional materials for ASW markets, bringing impact & value to the business.
5. Collaborate with other teams within ASW where necessary.
6. Continuously seek to improve ASW platforms to stay ahead of competitors.
7. Keep up-to-date with latest trends and innovations in digital, AI, mobile, social media, and eCommerce.
8. Set quarterly learning objectives to further your skills within eLab, completing them for evaluation.

3. You communicate effectively and can present ideas to teams and senior stakeholders.
4. You accept and incorporate feedback from senior designers and managers.
5. You are confident in asking relevant questions to advance projects or resolve blockers.
What You'll Need
1. Thorough understanding of the design process and studio workflows.
2. Excellent knowledge of design fundamentals: typography, color, layout, and imagery creation/optimization.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
4. Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital design best practices.
5. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
6. Experience with AI, video, and social commerce is a bonus.
7. High understanding of eCommerce user experience best practices.
8. Ability to work collaboratively, taking briefs and developing compelling content.
