Your role will involve meeting and greeting visitors on reception as well as supporting the team with Administrative tasks
As an Administrator your duties will include:
* Assisting with the preparation and submission of documents to Companies House
* Meeting & greeting visitors on Reception
* Liaising with clients over the phone, via email and in writing
* Assist with client onboarding, ID checks, and Letters of Engagement
* Assist with data entry, scanning, and document preparation
* Monitor and order office supplies as needed
* Maintain calendars, meeting schedules & coordinate meeting facilities
