Magna Academy Poole – Commencing ASAP or1stSeptember2026.37hours per week, full time, term‑time only contract, permanent contract. Working hours:08:00–16:00Monday to Thursday,08:00–15:30Friday.
Salary: GradeF (point12‑17)£28,598–£31,022. Actual salary£24,489–£26,565.
Role Overview
The Office Manager shall lead a team to deliver excellence in front‑of‑house operations, providing a welcoming and informative reception and high‑quality administrative service for the academy. The role involves overseeing daily administration of the academy office, line‑managing administrative staff, and assisting with the planning and development of support services. The Office Manager will actively promote the delivery of high quality outcomes, using initiative, careful judgement, tact and diplomacy. This role requires a committed individual who believes all students deserve an outstanding education, upholds an inclusive ethos and takes pride in belonging to the Magna Community.

* Qualifications at least to level2 or equivalent.
