Responsibilities:
* Ensure an excellent customer experience in the store by enforcing company procedures.
* Communicate targets set by management to the team and focus on key indicators (turnover, customer loyalty, UPT, AUR, ATV, sell-through, service).
* Implement corrective measures to increase sales (merchandising, stock management, CRM, team motivation).
* Assist in developing the clienteling strategy to build a high-quality customer portfolio and identify high-potential clients.
* Utilize the retail space effectively according to merchandising guidelines.
* Organize and structure store work efficiently.
* Lead team meetings and ensure clear communication of internal and external messages.
* Manage personnel tasks (planning, conduct issues, performance management).
* Assist in assessing new staff performance and develop employees' skills.
* Motivate the team to improve sales results continuously.
* Coach and train team members.
* Set team targets and communicate results.
* Participate in annual and quarterly evaluations.
Administrative Management:
* Handle administrative tasks (after-sales service, reporting, restocking).
* Manage store opening/closing, monitor cash flow, and oversee deliveries.
* Maintain appropriate stock levels based on sales.
* Organize restocking as needed.
* Ensure impeccable after-sales service.
* Conduct regular stock-takes.
* Coordinate general store services (maintenance, cleaning, repairs, supplies).
* Offer performance bonuses, enhanced pension contributions, and generous holiday allowances after qualifying periods.
* Provide private health coverage after qualifying periods.
* Offer enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption pay.
