Continuous Improvement Manager | FMCG
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and successful FMCG business, leading the Continuous Improvement strategy at a highly invested, fast-paced manufacturing site.
This role offers the chance to make a real impact within a business known for its strong heritage, quality products, and commitment to excellence.
As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in driving a site-wide culture of continuous improvement. You’ll focus on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality while delivering sustainable operational improvements aligned with business objectives.
This is a highly visible role centred around people, process, and performance. You will lead improvement projects, embed CI methodologies, and coach teams across the site, building internal capability through training and engagement in standardised CI tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver the site Continuous Improvement strategy
Drive operational efficiency and waste reduction initiatives
Facilitate CI training and develop internal capability
Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all functions
Use data and analysis to identify improvement opportunities and track performance
About You
Proven Continuous / Process Improvement experience
FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing background essential
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Collaborative, confident, and hands-on approach
