This is a York based post but the applicant should be willing to travel to Scarborough as required. You will be supported by the MDT to develop your knowledge and skills to enhance our exceptional service. Main duties of the job You must be able to work both independently and within a team setting. You must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to impart complex information to patients/relatives and carers. You must have organisational skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our patients. It is essential to have the ability to act on your own initiative, utilising your clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
