This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Job Purpose
As a Despatch Control Clerk, your main focus will be to ensure all products are processed and dispatched accurately and on time, maintaining our high-quality standards.
Main Objectives & Activities
* Process all requests in accordance with service level agreements, keeping the Senior Dispatch Clerk informed of any issues that may affect performance.
* Understand and check that product software and associated documentation are correct to enable quality checks before dispatch.
* Load terminals with the correct software and configuration.
* Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained when lifting and carrying terminals and boxes.
* Work as a flexible team member, ensuring all actions taken are clearly documented and handovers take place when necessary.
* Be multi-skilled to enhance flexibility and team building.

Required Knowledge & Experience
* Maths and English GCSE/O-Level.
* Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
* Strong ability to organize and carry out tasks and processes accurately, both independently and in coordination with other team members.
* Highly flexible and agile; able to prioritize and meet demanding deadlines.
* Proven ability to work and coordinate activities in a transparent manner.
* Able to work equally well in a directed or self-directed environment.
Autonomy and Decision Making Responsibilities
Work within laid down procedures and guidelines.
