Accountabilities
* Analyze spend, understand business needs, and develop sourcing strategies aligned with priorities.
* Plan and execute sourcing events, including RFPs and negotiations.
* Ensure controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met throughout sourcing cycles.
* Develop and implement policies for sourcing activities.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and channel optimization.
* Stay updated on industry trends through research and conferences.
