What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience in managing high-end residential developments or similar sectors such as hospitality or military
A proactive, hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong communicator with excellent team leadership skills
Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and managing expectations
Tech-savvy, organised, and able to manage budgets and resources efficiently
A driving license is preferred but not essential
Previous mobilisation experience is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead and support the on-site concierge team (day and night shifts), setting rotas, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing support, training, and development.
Deliver excellent resident services to ensure high levels of community satisfaction, fostering a customer-focused culture and maintaining strong relationships with residents.
Manage contractors and oversee both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring timely repairs and effective issue resolution.
Maintain a visible, proactive presence on-site, working closely with all relevant parties to build and maintain strong client relationships and uphold high standards.
Assist in shaping the long-term mobilisation strategy as further phases of the development come online, contributing to future growth and operational efficiency.
Manage refuse, parking, and key control systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Oversee move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions, enforcing house rules, and maintaining community standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and maintain up-to-date safety records.
