A well‑established and respected high‑street law firm based in Bury is seeking a Private Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a NQ‑3 PQE Family Law Solicitor who is looking to develop their career within a supportive, client‑focused practice.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements
You will have direct client contact and be encouraged to build long‑term client relationships while delivering a high standard of practical and empathetic advice.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) in Family Law
* Experience in Private Family Law
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* A proactive and personable approach, suited to a high‑street environment
* Resolution membership or interest in joining is desirable but not essential
