- The ability to plan and execute tasks to achieve timescales and costs in conjunction of designated KPIs
- The ability to own problems and provide pragmatic engineering solutions to challenging timescales and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet customer requirements and project objectives.
- Attend PDR, DDR reviews to provide detail report
- Generate detailed technical reports and documentation to communicate analysis results and recommendations.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to support the development and improvement.
- Conduct thorough Analysis and investigations of non-conformance issues, including root cause analysis and failure mode analysis.
- Monitor and track the progress of corrective actions, ensuring timely completion and effectiveness.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve non-conformance issues and improve overall product quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of non-conformance reports, investigations, and corrective actions.

Work Experience
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Proficient inStress Analysispackages (ex :ANSYS,MSC NASTRAN,Altair HyperMesh), ideallyANSYS
- Experience in the analysis of complex engineering structures
- Expert knowledge in conventional (hand calculation) techniques for static analysis
- Proficient knowledge of numerical (finite element) techniques for static analysis
- Experience instructural Analysisofmechanical components, parts, assemblies and subassemblies for heavy industry, power transmission systems, gear and Gear box
- Candidate should be familiar withstructural analysispractices and methodologies, including significant structural redesigns.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Experience in heavy engineering industry, power transmission systems,gearsand gear box
- Strong knowledge ofquality management systemsand industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001)
- Strong knowledge ofquality management systemsand standards.
- Excellentproblem-solvingandanalytical skills.
