Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant seeking a rewarding role in a vibrant primary school in Aldershot? We are currently working with a well-established primary school in Aldershot to recruit a committed Learning Support Assistant on a daily rate of 95 - 105.
Responsibilities
* Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils within the classroom
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs, ensuring their inclusion in all activities
* Helping to create a positive, nurturing education and training environment for all children
Who we are looking for
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have previous experience in a similar role. You will be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children's education. Relevant qualifications or experience working with SEN pupils will be an advantage.
