Job Description
3. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
4. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable using COINS
5. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
6. Perform other duties as required by the Accounting & Finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
7. A working knowledge of COINS!!
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel.
9. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
10. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
11. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
