Milk Education Liverpool is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisor to work across a range of secondary schools in the Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and thrives in a fast‑paced, classroom‑based role.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring lessons continue smoothly and students remain engaged in their learning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervising classes and delivering pre-set work across various subjects
2. Managing classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
3. Supporting students to stay focused, engaged, and on task
4. Ensuring a positive and safe learning environment
5. Adapting to different subjects and year groups with confidence
