Temporary Administrator
Location: Bodmin
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour
We are currently recruiting a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team in Bodmin on a temporary 4-week contract, with the potential for the role to continue.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied office role and is confident working with computer-based systems and handling customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Entering orders accurately onto our computer-based system
2. Following through with simple administrative tasks related to processed orders
3. Answering telephone enquiries (mainly quote requests and order queries)
4. Responding to email enquiries (mainly quote requests and order queries)
5. Entering and updating details on our CRM system
6. General office duties, including collating and posting samples
About You:
7. Previous administrative experience essential
8. Confident using computer systems and CRM software
9. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
10. Professional and friendly telephone manner
11. Able to work independently and as part of a team
