Bouygues UK is offering a Graduate Assistant Site Manager position in our Southwest & Wales region.
The Role
* The Graduate Assistant Site Manager will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the co‑ordination and control of the onsite construction process.
* You will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two‑year structured training scheme designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom‑based learning and on‑the‑job training.
* We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.
What You’ll Need
* A 2:1 or above in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or similar)
* A genuine interest in the construction industry!
