Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of office management processes. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism at all times.

Duties

* Manage and supervise administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Oversee the utilisation of Xero for financial record-keeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
* Supervise clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence to maintain organisational accuracy.
* Handle all aspects of office administration including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising supplies.
* Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while promoting a professional office atmosphere.
* Provide support in supervising office projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities.
* Strong proficiency in Xero is essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Outstanding communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
* Previous office experience combined with clerical and administrative expertise is highly desirable.
* Ability to lead a team confidently whilst maintaining a positive work environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken. This position is integral to maintaining an efficient office environment and supporting organisational success through effective management practices. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
