Job Title: Pre-Cast Concrete Operatives
Join us at Brandorr Group as Pre-Cast Concrete Operatives. We are a recruitment agency based in Mansfield, seeking candidates to join our client's production team in Worksop.
Responsibilities include:
* Manufacturing high-quality concrete products
* Working in casting, finishing, Re-bar, and setup roles
* Performing manual labor tasks
* Setting up concrete molds and equipment
* Reading mechanical drawings
* Operating hand and power tools
* General production activities including casting, spraying, and mixing concrete
Requirements:
* Previous experience in precast or concrete manufacturing environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
