ABOUT THE CLIENT
We’re supporting an established organisation experiencing rapid growth across digital and performance marketing. They are now looking to bring in a Paid Media Lead to strengthen their paid proposition and deliver impactful, insight-driven campaigns across key platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role within a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

THE PAID MEDIA LEAD ROLE
In this role, you’ll lead strategy, planning, activation, and optimisation across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and wider paid channels including video, display, and native. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality reporting, actionable insights, and consistent KPI performance. You’ll collaborate across SEO, social, creative, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns, while also helping shape and grow the paid media function internally.
PAID MEDIA LEAD ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• 5+ years’ experience in biddable media, ideally agency-side
• Proven results across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Strong understanding of targeting, attribution, and optimisation
• Confident presenting strategies and reports to clients
• Experience managing budgets of £50K–£500K+ monthly
• Comfortable mentoring juniors and working in fast-paced environments
