This position would suit an experienced, qualified tax professional who will be responsible for group tax forecasting, reporting, and compliance, supporting strategic decision-making and external IFRS reporting. Reporting into senior leadership, the role will play a key part in delivering international tax projects, governance, and evolving global tax requirements, working closely with head office finance, treasury, and regional finance teams across the business.

The successful individual will be CTA or ACA qualified, with strong IFRS tax accounting knowledge and proven experience within a multinational or professional services environment. You will bring a commercial, pragmatic mindset, be comfortable partnering with non-tax stakeholders and external advisers, and demonstrate the confidence to take ownership of complex international matters. Strong attention to detail, flexibility across time zones, and the ability to thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment will be key to success in this role.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing the group’s internal tax forecasting cycle and overseeing year-end and interim tax consolidation and reporting processes, including liaison with external auditors
* Maintaining the tax risk register and uncertain tax position provisioning
* Supporting head office finance on IFRS tax reporting matters
* Proactively monitoring legislative developments and assessing their impact on the group
* Providing international tax support across the business, including cross-border transactions and structuring
* Overseeing transfer pricing policy development, implementation, and documentation compliance
* Supporting tax aspects of M&A activity and group restructuring projects
* Designing and implementing tax efficiency planning, treasury-related tax initiatives, and tax technology improvements
