Job Description:
We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of product marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth. This role is ideal for someone with solid product marketing experience who’s ready to coordinate a small team and shape how product marketing is delivered across the business.
Working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, R&D, and product management, you’ll help shape product messaging, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure campaigns align with wider business goals. You’ll also support the development of the Product Marketing Team by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and encouraging collaboration.
To enhance work/life balance, CMP operates on a 9-day fortnight (9/10) schedule, allowing staff to enjoy compressed hours and every other Friday off.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate daily tasks and priorities within the Product Marketing Team to ensure smooth project and campaign delivery.
* Plan and execute product launch campaigns with internal teams.
* Develop clear product messaging and positioning strategies.
* Create and maintain marketing assets such as brochures, animations, sample boards, and guides.
* Conduct market research to support product development and go-to-market decisions.
* Work with the Marketing Communications team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
* Manage timelines and tasks for marketing projects.
* Maintain product content across digital channels.
* Monitor and improve marketing initiatives.
* Support product events and exhibitions with messaging and branding.
* Contribute to internal communications about product launches and updates.
* Improve marketing processes and campaign delivery methods.
* Support the Product Marketing Team daily, providing feedback and development support.
* Lead team check-ins and 1:1 meetings to promote alignment and growth.
Candidates should have proven experience in product marketing, successful campaign delivery, and strong project coordination skills. Experience managing or supervising others is essential, whether formally or informally, with a focus on guidance, feedback, and team development.
