We are currently working with a mainstream secondary school in Manchester to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Physical Education (PE) Teacher for a full-time teaching role. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 within a supportive and well-resourced department.
The Role
* Full-time PE teaching timetable
* Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Plan and assess in line with the national curriculum
* Promote healthy lifestyles, teamwork and positive participation
* Manage behaviour effectively to maintain a safe learning environment
* Contribute to extracurricular sports and the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) PGCE or equivalent
* Experience teaching PE in a UK secondary school
* Ability to teach a broad range of sports and activities
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Passionate, energetic and committed to pupil progress
* Suitable for experienced teachers or confident ECTs
