About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead our growth across the UK and Ireland market. With a deep understanding of the financial services landscape and a proven ability to sell complex SaaS solutions at enterprise level, you will play a pivotal role in expanding FintechOS's footprint in one of the world’s most dynamic and competitive fintech markets.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across financial institutions, building trusted relationships and positioning FintechOS as the platform of choice for digital transformation.
What you'll be doing:
* Own and drive the UK&I sales strategy, defining and executing a go-to-market plan aligned with FintechOS's global growth objectives.
* Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities across banks, insurers and financial services firms in the UK and Ireland.
* Develop and nurture relationships with C-Level executives and senior decision makers, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
* Articulate the FintechOS value proposition compellingly, demonstrating how our platform accelerates digital transformation for financial institutions.
* Identify and develop new revenue opportunities, including expansion within existing accounts.
* Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, navigating the regulatory and business specificities of the UK&I market.
* Collaborate seamlessly with professional services, pre-sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
* Lead partnership discussions and contribute to RFP responses for prospective clients.
* Represent FintechOS at key industry events and forums across the UK&I market.
What you have:
* Proven track record in a senior enterprise sales or sales leadership role, with a focus on financial institutions and fintech SaaS solutions in the UK and Ireland.
* A strong understanding of the UK&I financial services landscape, including market trends, regulatory environment and digital transformation priorities.
* An established and active network across UK&I financial institutions at senior and C-Level, enabling you to open meaningful conversations quickly and navigate complex sales cycles with confidence.
* Demonstrated success in owning and exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth SaaS environment.
* Experience working in and thriving within a scale-up or start-up environment, with the agility to adapt and move fast.
* A consultative sales approach, with the ability to challenge assumptions, understand customer needs and develop compelling closing strategies.
* Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and CRM platforms.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences from technical teams to board level.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with pre-sales, marketing and customer success.
