Act as a strategic partner to the board and senior leadership team, providing financial insight and commercial challenge.
Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the business unit.
Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved profitability.
Influence and support key commercial initiatives across the business.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
Demonstrable experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within a complex or fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
