Location: St David’s Hospice, Llandudno
Hours: 35 hours per week (Thursday-Monday)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Reportable to: Clinical Support Manager
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

St David’s Hospice is a local charity providing specialist care for adults with life-limiting illnesses or in need of end-of-life care, as well as support for their families. Each year, we impact the lives of over 1,000 people across Conwy, Gwynedd, and Anglesey.
Our services include 24/7 care, Day Therapy Centres offering patient care and bereavement support, and Inpatient Units in Llandudno and Holyhead providing symptom control, respite, and end-of-life care.

Responsibilities
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
* Help prevent infection and support high standards of hygiene and patient care.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role.
* Be willing to work weekends and evenings as required by the role.
* Empathy for the Hospice, and alignment with the charity’s values.
* Have understanding and knowledge relevant to the role.
* Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
* Develop and maintain knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
