Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Care Navigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting clients by guiding them through the healthcare system, ensuring they receive the appropriate services and resources. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency in various office software applications.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients in navigating healthcare services and resources effectively.
* Maintain accurate records and data entry of client interactions and service referrals.
* Provide administrative support, including clerical tasks such as filing, and managing correspondence.
* Communicate professionally with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
* Organise appointments, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication regarding client needs.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.
* Help cover Annual Leave and Sickness when required
Experience
* Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
* Proficiency in using office software, particularly EMIS, Docman, and Accurx etc.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients.
* Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records.
