With offices across the US, UK and Asia and a worldwide consultant network, Imagesound supports 100,000 locations in 168 countries. Owned by private equity firm Livingbridge, the business is entering its next phase of international growth and is now seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead the global commercial strategy. Working closely with the CEO and CFO, the CRO will take full ownership of the global revenue agenda — leading new business, marketing, customer success and international operations while managing the commercial P&L and a global team of circa 40. Key responsibilities Own the global revenue strategy and deliver sustained ARR growth Lead go-to-market, demand generation and enterprise sales execution Drive customer retention and expansion, improving NRR Provide commercial leadership across international markets Align product strategy, pricing and positioning with revenue growth Build and develop a high-performing global commercial team Support strategic growth initiatives including M&A opportunities The successful candidate will bring Senior commercial or C-suite leadership experience in a SaaS or subscription business A proven track record of ARR growth, new business and customer expansion Experience leading global commercial teams Strong Board and investor engagement capability High commercial acumen, data-driven decision making and collaborative leadership Exposure to private equity environments and M&A would be advantageous This is a rare opportunity to play a defining role in the next stage of growth for a globally recognised, investor-backed business. This is a hybrid role but it will require some presence on site in Chesterfield and Leeds.
