Elite Stallions (UK) Ltd is on the lookout for a new team member.

The primary function of the role is as a multichannel marketing strategist across digital, social media and print.The successful candidate should be able to manage campaigns and budgets, liaise with external agencies, oversee brand positioning, and deliver dynamic, engaging content alongside market research.The applicant should be able to track performance data and optimise ROI.

We seek an individual who is creative, commercially focused, innovative, and able to work on their own initiative whilst being an integral part of the team.

Elite Stallions is a tight-knit working group in a rural setting. The role is largely office-based, although there may be some scope for homeworking. There is no public transport to the office location, so a driving licence is essential. The candidate should be flexible and have an understanding of the many hats worn in a small office environment.

A keen interest across all equestrian disciplines—and in the breeding of elite sport horses—is desirable. Although the role is for Elite Stallions, the ideal candidate will familiarise themselves with the associated companies and the overarching principles of the equestrian offering here at West Newton.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and demonstrate expertise in various digital marketing channels. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
* Manage SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
* Oversee project management for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
* Create compelling content for various platforms, including copywriting for websites, emails, and social media.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop for designing marketing materials and visuals.
* Manage social media accounts, crafting engaging posts to foster community interaction.
* Execute email marketing campaigns, analysing performance metrics to optimise future efforts.
* Collaborate with the IT department to ensure website functionality.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
* Manage campaigns to maximise return on investment.
* Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a marketing role or a really strong drive to prove yourself from the ground up.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential and use of Mac systems.
* Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
* Experience with email marketing platforms is advantageous.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
