About the Role
Were recruitingNight Shift Handballers / Despatch Operativesfor a busy warehouse operation. The role will start inLincolnfor the first few weeks before moving toSleaford.
This is aphysical and active role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work. Youll be responsible for unloading, loading, and despatching goods while keeping the warehouse running smoothly through the night.
Key Responsibilities
* Manual loading and unloading of stock (handballing)
* Supporting despatch and goods-out operations
* Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
* Previous warehouse or despatch experience preferred but not essential
* Happy to work a4 on / 4 offnight shift pattern
