Land Surveyor
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne & North East
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

We are a growing land surveying company based in Newcastle, looking to recruit a Land Surveyor to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with a professional and supportive company.
The Role:
* Topographic and land surveys
* Measured building surveys (2D / 3D)
* Boundary and setting-out surveys
* Site visits and data collection
* Producing accurate drawings and survey reports
Requirements:
* Previous experience in land or measured building surveying
* Proficient with surveying equipment (e.g. total station, GPS, laser scanning)
* Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential):
* Relevant surveying qualification or working towards one
* Experience with utility surveys or 3D scanning
