As Deputy Manager you will work as part of the management team to ensure the smooth and successful running of the pub, support the manager, build & lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service, control all costs and ensure all areas of compliance are adhered to. As deputy you will be capable of taking full responsibility for every aspect of running the pub in the absence of the manager.
