Consult is proud to be working with a global leader in digital dental innovation, renowned for advancing implantology, orthodontics, and lab workflows, to recruit a Field Trainer to support their expanding UK customer base.

If you’re a Dental Technician or an experienced digital champion with a strong understanding of intraoral scanning workflows and a passion for training others, this could be your ideal next step.
The Opportunity
You’ll be the face of digital transformation across dental clinics and labs, delivering hands-on training, supporting seamless onboarding of intraoral scanners and digital workflows, and assisting practices in transitioning from analogue to fully digital processes.
You’ll collaborate with commercial and technical teams, attend key dental events, and support basic troubleshooting.
This is a dynamic, field-based role (~70% travel) with built-in flexibility.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience as a Dental Technician, Clinical Trainer, or Digital Support Specialist in dentistry
* Deep understanding of IOS workflows and practice/lab integration
* Confidence in delivering engaging, hands-on training to clinicians, nurses, and practice staff
* Problem-solving skills and ability to handle basic technical queries
* Highly organized, data-driven, and customer-focused
