Job Title: Nursery Room Leader
Location: 91 Worcester Rd, Sutton SM2 6QL
Salary: Up to 32,000 per annum
Hours: 4-day and 5-day working options
Reports to: Nursery Manager
Important Update: Our brand-new Cheam nursery is set to open on 23rd February 2026. In the meantime you’ll begin your journey with us at our Epsom nursery where you’ll be warmly welcomed into the Fennies family before moving to Cheam once it opens.

What You Bring
* Passion for Early Years Education: a genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
* Knowledge of EYFS: a solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework and the EYFS curriculum.
* Qualified & Experienced: Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and a minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Build strong relationships: form bonds with children and their families ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
* Team player: excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback in a positive proactive approach.
