Scope of Works: Installation of a concrete lintel.
Forming a breach in an existing block wall.
Formation of a new drainage channel connecting into existing site drainage.
Breaking out and excavating a section of the factory floor.
Creating a 1.2m x 1.2m opening through the concrete slab to facilitate tunnelling and associated groundworks.
Making good the wall with blockwork to a professional finish.
Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in bricklaying, groundworks, and concrete works .
Experience of grinding machinery essential.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship. xjlbheb
Strong understanding of health and safety on site.
Duration & Start Date: Works are scheduled to commence early next week .
Estimated duration is approximately two weeks .
