Spire Wellesley Hospital are looking for a Sterile Services Lead to head up our fantastic team on a full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, day shifts.

The Wellesley has 3 Theatres (2 laminar flow) and an endoscopy unit, a 33 bedded Surgical Ward covering a wide variety of specialties including Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, General Surgery, Vascular, Plastics, Gynae, Ophthalmology, Spinal, Urology and ENT. We have recently completed a Theatre refurbishment to further upgrade our theatre environment and bringing cutting edge technology to our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide the multidisciplinary perioperative team with an exemplary sterile supplies service within the operating theatre suite.
2. Lead the TSSU team and operationally manage the service ensuring all department staff work within the accreditation systems.
3. Support the Theatre Manager in the overall management of the healthcare environment.
