Job Description: Medical Administrator
Saltoun Medical Practice is seeking to fill two full-time Medical Receptionist/Administrator positions, each offering 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility is required as relief cover is necessary, and the ability to provide cover is essential.
We are looking for responsible, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly team. Candidates must be discreet, maintain strict confidentiality, work well under pressure, and possess good interpersonal skills. The ability to work collaboratively and independently is essential.
The successful candidates will contribute to providing excellent patient care by being helpful, efficient, and conscientious team members.
Essential qualifications include proficiency in English and IT experience.
Key duties include:
1. Answering incoming calls, booking appointments, and handling prescription requests.
2. Processing new patient registrations.
3. Assisting patients face-to-face at the reception desk.
4. Performing general administrative duties while maintaining patient confidentiality.
