Job Description:
Leading a team of 2 Senior Surveyors, 2 Assistant Surveyors, and 1 Admin, delivering social housing projects.
Managing day-to-day delivery of responsive works contracts within a 5-year framework, with potential extension to 15 years.
Ensuring cost control, programme compliance, and quality standards across all projects.
Coordinating with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to drive smooth project delivery.
Implementing process improvements and supporting team development within the Project Surveyor function.
Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Surveyor managing teams in social housing projects in London or surrounding areas.
Strong knowledge of Repairs & Maintenance practices, preferred but not essential.
Proven commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and project costs effectively.
Excellent leadership and team management skills within a Project Surveyor or similar role.
Strong organisational and communication skills to succeed as a Project Surveyor in Finsbury Park.
