The Role We are looking for a proactive, pragmatic and highly motivated Assistant Ecommerce Manager. Reporting directly into the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for operationally supporting them to maximise revenue across our high growth Rest of World ecommerce markets, which include Germany, Australia, Middle East, France and Canada. Also additionally supporting operational ecommerce activity in other markets as required. Responsibilities: Support daily e-commerce operations and trading plans across markets as directed In partnership with the E-commerce Manager and Ecommerce Content/Merchandising maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy across markets and languages as directed. Manage product launches and ensure timely, accurate on-site execution, again in collaboration with the Ecommerce Manager and other members of the E-commerce team In partnership with the E-commerce Manager and UX/CRO Manager regularly audit sites to improve UX, searchability, categorisation, and discoverability In partnership with the E-commerce Manager and Data Analyst provide regular trading KPI reports and insights to increase e-commerce revenue performance Qualifications / skillset: Fluent German speaker Pragmatic with a commercial mindset Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders including Creative, Ecommerce and Technical Development Proven 2 years prior experience in an ecommerce or digital role, and working with European/multi-language markets is highly desirable Hands-on experience with CMS/ecommerce platforms – ideally with custom/bespoke (i.e non-Salesforce or Shopify) platforms Experience working with ecommerce merchandising tools such as Algolia is highly desirable Excellent with tools like Google Analytics and Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) Highly organised, analytical, and solutions-focused with excellent attention to detail
