I'm working with a leading sports venue seeking a professional who’s ready to bring energy, leadership, and operational know-how to the management team. The role is to develop sales and marketing plans to promote and maximise income opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day management of the entire complex and its operations
* Supervise and motivate a diverse team
* Deliver exceptional customer service standards at every touchpoint
* Assist in driving football income, local partnerships, and customer retention
* Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
* Maintain high standards in health & safety, cleanliness, and facility upkeep
* Ensure robust stock and cash control in line with company policies
* Lead by example at the venue during peak trading hours, evenings, and weekends
Qualifications:
* Has experience in leisure, hospitality, or sport venue operations
* Is a confident people leader who can inspire and get the best from a team
* Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Has strong organisational and administrative skills
* Is passionate about football and delivering an unforgettable customer experience
* Is flexible with shift work – including evenings, weekends & holidays
