The role includes lifeguarding the pools, helping customers to enjoy their visit and ensuring high standards of building presentation to maintain the smooth operation of the facilities. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is a pre-requisite of being a lifeguard and is essential for this role. In addition, a Pool Plant Operator (PPO) is also an essential for this role. Experience of running a multipurpose venue and managing large teams of staff would also be desirable for this role. All positions are subject to a PVG check.
