You will be self-motivated, possess good communication skills, be proactive and will work as part of a team to maintain the highest standards of customer service.
The role includes lifeguarding the pools, helping customers to enjoy their visit and ensuring high standards of building presentation to maintain the smooth operation of the facilities.
A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is a pre-requisite of being a lifeguard and is essential for this role. In addition, a Pool Plant Operator (PPO) is also an essential for this role.
Experience of running a multipurpose venue and managing large teams of staff would also be desirable for this role.
All positions are subject to a PVG check.
