About the role:
Join us in shaping the future of school governance! As a key member of our team, you will provide support to governing bodies, ensuring they operate within statutory and legal frameworks. You will play a vital role in supporting and guiding a small number of schools (primary and secondary) in decision-making and keeping everything on track by producing clear, accurate minutes for governing body and committee meetings.
We understand that work–life balance matters. While the role includes some evening meetings, you will have flexibility to manage much of your administrative time in a way that suits you. This makes the role well suited to someone seeking a position with regular but adaptable hours. The role is advertised as 18 hours, however we also can be flexible around this. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and meaningful impact.
Prior experience as a Clerk is not essential as training and professional development will be available for the right candidate.
