The role of the Senior Estimator;
1. Produce estimates for a high end manufactured range of aluminium glazing systems such as: aluminium windows and doors, curtain walling, glazing
2. Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
3. Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
4. Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
5. Liaise and build relationships with main contractor through the project and beyond
6. Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
7. Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
