Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of the annual marketing strategy across a range of digital and traditional channels.
They are seeking a commercially minded, analytical and creative marketing professional to drive brand visibility, improve lead generation and customer acquisition through target campaigns.
This role will suit a broad marketer, who enjoys a varied role who thrives being hands on in the delivery of lots of channels!
The Role:
* Lead the design and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Assist the Head of Marketing with the delivery of the annual marketing strategy, to drive brand awareness and business growth.
* Act as brand guardian, ensuing all content and marketing actively adheres to brand guidelines.
* Create content for all digital channels, including web, social and email to increase online visibility and drive customer acquisition.
* Manage and monitor social media channels - with a focus on post creation, scheduling and performance metrics.
* Regular reporting on campaign performance, web traffic and other analytics – using insights to make suggestions for improvement.
* Work with agencies to deliver impactful marketing collateral.
* Budget management, ensuring correct allocation of budget across all channels.
* Market insights - staying up to day to current marketing trends and technologies. Conduct regular researching into competitor activity and customer needs.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in a similar B2B Manufacturing role.
* A broad profile who can manage multiple campaigns and channels at once.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong reporting skills, with the ability to suggest improvements based on performance analytics.
* A hands on, team player.
* The ability to use the Adobe Suite is desirable but not essential
