We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team. You will take responsibility and accountability for contract management, catalogs through system updates, the purchase of goods, materials and services to ensure that the company's operational needs are met, considering price, quality and delivery, and to ensure continuity of supply. Likely to have people and budget responsibility, be responsible for clinical trials/nonclinical contract/tender support as well as being cost effective and meeting set targets. This is a new post reporting to the Supply Chain and Procurement Lead. It would suit someone wanting to set up and strengthen processes and controls and use their experience to develop the long‑term procurement strategies to ensure we achieve value for money, support the operational business and minimise risk.

* Demonstrable experience of working within a Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain function.
* Comfortable and experienced in working with different stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently, identifying priorities and adapting flexibly to manage these.
* A positive attitude and strategic thinking.
